i think there was no point in the whole hackathon as in the end you made yourself or maybe your friend win because what i can see there were many different submission over there and the winner is that ugly looking website no CSS no frontend noting at all no backend, but i know when you want money then you try different methods contact sponsors and then in the last make yourself winner so that you know you can get those, hope for your best!!! what you did will came back no worries as such!!!
